The Keymapper ignores how my computer has the joysticks set up. It has reversed all my joysticks and rudder pedals. Joystick 1 is Joystick 2 and vice versa.

Same here. I have CH Fighterstick and Pro Pedals. Angriff, you may want to edit your post to include which joystick you have?

I remember a similar issue some time ago. No guarantees, but you may want to try this.

(1) disconnect one device

(2) restart PC, go to WWIIOL, change a keymap for the connected device

(3) reconnect other device

(4) restart PC, go to WWIOL, check the keymap

It has worked for me in the past to sort out the order in which WWIIOL sees the devices
