Sometimes entry in .HC list gets cutoff #3816

This happens in the live server as well in 1.30.3.255 but now I noticed it in the Beta as well.

It happens regardless where in the .hc list a person is and not just the last name on the list, sometimes the text after the name gets cut off.

It happened yesterday in 1.30 as well

I have seen it happen on Air and Navy units as well and not only on Paras... Not sure if I ever noticed it on regular Army units though...

And btw, I have also seen it happen on several persons in the same .hc report not only one.

Found the common denominator...

The lines are cut-off at the german ä and ö characters...
