I cant figure it out randomly when I alt-tab to another forum from game it resizes my resolution. I heard its a a video card problem but doesnt make sense to me because it didnt do this before and I'm play other games with zero problems. Thanks for any input!

Sounds like you don't have your game resolution and/or desktop matched up to the preferred resolution of your monitor.

What's the make and model and I can look it up for you if you need.
