Does your eyepoint stay the same even though the indicator says you are crouched or prone when you get into this state?

Ok, its looking on engine limitation and some error in state

You need know three following things

1. not possible fire at prone or standup animation

2. not possible climb upstairs at prone or standup animation

3. stand up animation (from prone position) is not running when you fall from highs

if you "stand up" at fall from highs, engine not allow to climb stairs and shot until you start next animation (change of state, aim, etc.)

Check small state icon in the left bottom corner.

When i crouch or lay down, i'm screwed. No shooting, cant walk up hills or anything. It plays the animation like i am crouched or laying down but my view will stay the same, only the gun changes positions. When i make clones in crouch or prone mode, they will appear laying down or crouched.
