tested, seen with 2x Uk and 1x Germ inf, assume all.

One sees player do the reload animation 2x in 3ed person

If you fire the moment the reload anim is done, the 3ed person does not see it (or hear) since he sees the reload anim.

Yes, tested online.

I first found off line and checked online with one of the beta team.
