I spend next time at Essen town

• Essen moving when you take off at Mulheim or Dusseldorf (Koln AF is too far and building looking synced at time of arrival)
  
• independent on weather
  
• any plane
  
• there are ground artifact in the air at Mulheim AF (video)
  
• replicated immediately after start of wwiiol, no need play more then 6 hours

Just tried to fly around there. Didn't see any ground artifacts in air but I did see that moving ghost town east of Essen, and it's a real performance killer as well.

But is there a way to get to the main map when you are off-line?

In other words, while in offline mode, can I get to Bertrix somehow?

Yep.. choose "Theatre Map" and choose where you want to spawn from

In offline you can spawn from any facility on the map regardless of ownership shown on the map. Just pick the unit you want from the list, then as said earlier, click the theater map tab and pick the facility you want to spawn at. The "Enter world" button should then be green so you can spawn in.

and one time from 8 runs offline

I also saw some weirdness in live 2 days ago, 2 sets of tiles on top of each other.

I restarted the game and it went away.

Bingo, check the video and focus on moving town at second flight (first flight is online and second offline video was recorded immediately after previous), u can see destroyed building in online and offline too !?!?

I never seen destroyed building in offline yet !
