PC 1.31.29 ALT-F4 while loading

with the new beta it is no longer possible to alt-f4 out of the client while loading. most of us used to shorten the relog time after a connection loss (CTD/CTHL or what so ever) and ended the client during the loadup screen, right after the connecting to chat server message. this is no longer possible with the current beta and we therefore have to load up the client fully, to see a locked persona select menu and unfortunately have to restart the client a 2nd time.

i'd like to see this option back in the release version. not sure if there is any possibility to prevent this from happening in the 1st place with the current setup (means the need to relog twice after the connection loss).
