What files do i need to grab from 1.30 to have my controllers work?

1.31 offline wont detect my JS (which reads as JS 2 in normal BGE)

There are no files you can copy that affect the detection of controllers, only the mapping. Some people have problems with controllers in 1.31, look through the bug reports here.

The best workaround is to try unplugging and reconnecting your controllers in different orders. That sometimes fixes it.
