Yep, it sure is. There are quite a few threads, so take a look through and see if your issue is already reported.

Make sure you are running the current beta version, cos the bugs from earlier versions are getting fixed all the time. Put the version number in your post, eg. 1.31.0.31 Offline.

Also helps to put your system specs in the thread, so the devs can see any links between hardware, software and the bug you are reporting. You can get the specs by running dxdiag.exe and copying the main specs from that, eg.
