.35] texture holes in new city building rubble #3970

The new city buildings that replace the old huge box ones when in damaged state have small texture holes.

This is the FULLY destroyed building (I think with leaning columns).

Look for the nearly black spots and move around, looking at it, until that black is replaced with transparent spot.

Its not too hard to find (I hope a SS is not needed).
