took PC in to be fixed , brought it home and started downloading the game. Re downloaded

beta test and I cant get supertroop to work or float command ?

It's been said by a few rats... getting closer to a live version they remove the debugging tools for us, dont get excited ;)

Debugging tools = .supertroop and .float?

Those make it easy to do cloning screen shots :( Granted you can still grab an old beta for those functions but why remove them at all?

Release clients (general public availability) were never supposed to have debug tools available to the general public. Mainly because it is in no ones best interest except for "coolness" factor and the downsides of that (which we will not discuss) heavily outweigh the "coolness" upsides of it.

In the past the "general public" (through the open beta) have occassionally gained "debug clients" with the "cool stuff" in them but that was not on purpose. Consider it a lucky extra bonus that you did, because in a perfect world you would never have seen them. Running debug through the general public is frought with difficult moments and all we can do is work past them as quickly as possible.

That's just the way it is, if you want the truth. Apologies if my candidness doesn't meet your expectations perfectly but that's the nature of being candid, if you have the experience to put that into perspective.
