I was fooling around a little with .38 last night and I noticed that during the day the if you turn on the rain, the falling rain is somewhat visible. This seems different from earlier versions where the rain was pretty clear and even somewhat obscuring of objects in the distance.

Furthermore, if you leave the rain on and cycle the time into the night, sometime just after sundown the rain disappears altogether. I'm not sure if it was intended to be quite so toned down, if it's just an issue with my laptop monitor, or if there's some other problem. The drops hitting the ground show up, the falling drops are very very faint.

I'll try and get some screenshots tonight.
