update: looks like you were trying to login to beta when it was closed alfawulf.

We can't find anything wrong, Dog3. Can you try on Friday when Beta is open?

I will try to login Friday. I haven't tried the beta in a long time so I don't know whether, or not, this is a new feature. The message that I received is quoted above in the thread.

I tried several times to login over a period of more than an hour when I believe that the server was up (2-3 pm eastern). There is definitely something wrong if the server was up at that time. good luck.

I tried logging in Friday when Beta was open according to a thread in the barracks, and got the ???invuser??? error screen, like you see when the Beta server is closed.

I just renewed the other day, maybe the beta server doesn't know I'm cool?

It could be a bad patch install. Had this happen with an earlier release and just re-d/l it and installed. All was well. (d/l full install, not update)

Ok, downloaded beta today on sunday, but huh, according to the launcher it says beta is open.

However, when I want to login, it says on each country: subscription locked= your subscription level doesnt allow you to access this persona.

So, is beta not always open now, or is something else going on?

OH and of course my sub is locked, due to gold account:

SUBSCRIPTION STATUS Active (locked)

Result: cant spawn in.

Playgate will say if the server is up.

If you get to persona screen and personas are red padlocked, server is up, there is a problem.
