There's a concrete area marked on the Koln (EDIT: Essen, doh) map in the E town part, right on the outskirts, next to German Production Facility 2. Usually this is a standard suburb kind of area, in this instance though there is a paved forrest there.

thats the german forest factory; its a tree nursery for the dreaded german trees of doom which currently are the kill leaders against allied aircraft.
