Corrupted download for stress test

Have downloaded (and uninstalled) the full version for the beta patch several times now and everytime I save the settings at the end of the installation process it tells me the dl is corrupted and I should download it again. Giving it another shot now but not optimistic. Is anyone else receiving this error?

3 times here just now. this is my first attempt at the beta,been away for ahwile. my 9 year old 10 gig hard drive finally bit it so im running with my wifes hard drive and windows 7 home premium 64bit. i also am having trouble getting the nividia drivers to install.windows 7 has installed an old 8.17.11 version on its own and got the desktop to good resolution.

i figured it out. i remember from way back something about needing 1.30 installed before the beta. i had installed the beta without 1.30 and got the installation/registry error. with 1.30 installed,the beta has now successfully installed. i noticed the primer thread doesnt remind you that 1.30 is needed (for people like me returning from extended leave)

Virus scan lately if not try this online one. If you can't get this online one to work you got one.

Yes, it is known, and I guess not fixed.

1.31 is missing something for the registry, obviously.

That was actually fixed but the fixes got rolled back. We'll make sure to add that if it doen't get fixed again soon.

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the live version and then the beta but still had the same results.

What directory did you install the game to?

one other thing i did,chris75,was to download the AMD cpu optimizer that corrects the time warp ingame thinking that was the cause of the trouble. maybe a combination of the two fixed it?

This is interesting bug, i have one file, Win7 and WinXP, and I/O error returning WinXP only.

Huh...

I'm assuming this is a Playgate error you're getting, but I'm not sure. Can you try the Test Online shortcut again and transcribe the exact error you're getting?

Gophur you got a full clean beta install for tonight..right now...i got a reg error as well..couldnt open blah blah something or other...

be quick about it, wanted to help with stress test and test my machine on the game online..works good single player...
