I had a good time but I did note a few problems. I think more related to the limited capacity of the beta server than anything else.

I did not see any rain, ever. There were times when I think the rain was turned on and I saw people chatting about it but it never showed on my client. I did hear occasional thunder.

Obviously the missing/invisible ei/infantry bug has crept back in again. Not sure if that's due to server overload or something else. A restart would fix it, but only for five to ten minutes. It did seem to ease up later in the evening. Maybe due to fewer players being on?

I had several ctd/cthl but these seemed to be global (ie. happened to everybody) and server related.

Running down the steep hill NE of Unkel was a little weird. Sort of hopped down in little jumps that knocked a little stamina out each time instead of sticking to the ground. This may be normal behavior and I never noticed it before.

Overall had a good time. Love the new airplane explosion graphic and the bomb explosions.

ETA: I love the dark nights. The darker the better. And I like the gloomy grey skies too. I know a lot of folks don't care for them but I thought you should know at least one person likes them.

Thanks for the feedback. I hadn't noticed the "falling down a hill". Kinda cool.
