NEED TEST - Flashing screen when bleeding out

Every time my infantry got winged last night, the bleed out effect would cause my display to flash white, red and green. Would also cause complete white out when I raised my sites to aim.

Before updating my drivers to the latest one I had this problem, sometimes when I took fall/bullet damage my screen went white and started flashing in and out.
