Naval Spawn Points v.42 #4151

I'm not sure if this is just an offline thing because I havent had a chance to test it online yet but I'm guessing it could be occuring during both.

Some of the Naval Spawn points such as Deal, Dover, and Oostende will spawn a Destroyer right into the harbor where the FMBs usually spawn. The destroyer is so big it usually drops you partially onto the dock and it makes it nearly impossible to get your ship out of the harbor.

Other deep water ports such as Calais and Vlissingen still spawn you outside the harbor. This makes me believe it would occur both online and offline
