Surround Sound Not Working

Compared it to 1.30.

1.30 is working, 1.31.44 is not. Sound card is checked in setup and in game. Primary sound driver is not.

Yes, sound seems evenly distributive over the front speakers (no directional cues) back speakers output is very low. Tested: threw a nade and turned 180 and heard nothing from rear.

I did try to set the audio to hardware and save, but it flip back to software.

Yup sound is bugged

Using 7.1 Megalodon get all the same sound no matter if i trun head doesnt matter if i turn left or right just hear all directions at on the center speaker only all other sepakers except bass dead.

Appplied the solution from thread

hardware sound setting does not stay set after restart #4164

And set it to hardware 3d sound know working

I was only able to get it to work by doing what OZ said by deleting the .xml file in C:/MyDocuments/Battleground Europe Test/folder and then launching the settings.exe and choosing my soundcard as the audio source. After that I was able to choose hardware sound from within the game and have it stick to hardware after exiting and restarting.
