Can's Find some things?

Loaded Beta today,, runs fine on my rig,, the graphics are great and my FPS seems resonable in the rear area's.. (Have not logged into any combat action yet as still tweaking the system)

Question:

1. for the life of me i cant find how to toggle the GPS little window off and on.. Is it permenate? I have mini map off the GPS window is still there. I read everything but cant or overlooked how to get it off or on when i want.

2. The smoke trails when firing any gun .IE lmg's, atg's or aircraft guns,, the smoke trail for bullets or rounds is always there.. any way to get rid of that effect or not?

3. Noticed tracers on lmg, thats very nice effect but should if be more produced as usual tracer to ball ammo is 1 to 5,, it seems to be like 1 to 25 or so for lmg's..

All in all so far its a great upgrade to the game and I will be in the action phase as soon as i can tweak my computer and monitor to run it at highest level i can... thanks for all your time for sure..

Do you mean FPS window? That's toggled with Numlock.

Why would you want to turn off the smoke trails? They look really cool AND are realistic, so why?

No I know the fps window,, this is another window that is small and gives the lat and long position on my play screen,, lat and long position is on the main map window and one can toggle it on or off,, this is on hud window..

No Problem if round trails are in there its ok was just wondering if one could toggle that effect off and on when one wants..

I have a problem kinda like that GPS (have that too and I h8 it), how you turn off the minmap?

mini map is in preferences hud settings,, you can turn it off or on,,

ok been a few days now cant get this off my screen,, even when minimap is up its still there,, Is this just for beta reference and will go away when new version goes live???

In 1.30 that info is on the mini map. 1.31 it was split off as a seperate hud. They will have to update the hud windows settings and add a toggle/check off option.
