Overall the event went ok and is obviously a favored set of towns for such activities. However...

It is a poor environment for a competitive event, especially with so many people returning to "try out 1.31".

Below are my reasons for this opinion.

The AB is very easily camped from the hills on the north side of the river. And the axis naval AAA ai are unkillable and extremely lethal. As a result, axis totally air camped the hell out of it and tigers and stugs easily camped it from range as well.

While there are ways to eliminate the camps, you can imagine, with unlimited lists and casual gameplay of a beta, that it was just a total slaughter of allied players in the AB for about 3 or 4 hours today.

Roermond or some other set of close towns might be a better choice to insure its not a total campfest for one side or the other.

Its true its just beta, and no one probable is that bothered, but in the spirit of good competition and promoting both side return for 1.31 it would be best if the camp opportunities were more limited (or at least considered ahead of time.)
