Shell hitting inf

ok ,i played beta with m10 and was shooting ei but when i suposed to hit the ei , nothing hapened and he keep running like nothing appen, in 1.30 when you hit ei with atg or tank shell you have a Red splash effect and he die,but not anymore in 1.31 ,also my father played 1.31 and was pak38 ,my father play a lot with pak38 and he fired at ei (direct hit) and ei continu running ..no kill

I have same problem on 232 with AP probably, HE works ... but not tested much.

And for when you fire on tank or mechanic thing you don't see any impact effect ,so is hard to know when you hit or miss ,no more black hole when penetration too
