I had it freeze up - "black screen" too. I let it sit, then restarted, and it froze up when I went to the settings tab to calibrate my JS. I then started it up in offline mode and it loaded. Then I was able to get on line after all that.

that is odd I will have to try it when the server is back up and i can download the new patch
