Hard to explain this one; Referencing building we have in most towns with 3 stories and stair well in middle which branches on 2nd floor to stair wells on each side. When building is blown and you climb onto roof. At chimney in middle you can clip and see into floor below you. Quick testing did not show rifle rounds hitting floor below me.

This also has the adverse affect of your body being seen from below when lying on the roof.

Or a lat long. That just describes too many buildings for me to choose one. Checked a few but didn't see anything.

i think hes talking about the 3 floor red brick building with the central stairs. will look for a pic.
