.46 Infantry can't get out of rivers

Tried to swim across the Dinant river and once on the other side I was unable to climb up the river bank. I tried swimming up the bank to see if it was localized, but it appears that it is not. I then went to Ramet to see if I could do it elsewhere and no luck, it appears to be global. This is probably related to the recent change that prevents infantry from climbing things while prone. One way or the other, it appears that once in a river, infantry cannot get out by their own accord.

UPDATE: It seems that by going backwards infantry can get out of rivers. Not sure if desired or not, but that's the only way they can get out of rivers.

There are several spots you can get out normally however, there is something not right here. We'll be tweaking this more.
