Keypresses not recognized 1.31.0.46

Strange problem. Spawned a Sherman 76 and headed into town and found that I could not turn engine off. Pressing 'e' did nothing.

Also found similar problem when trying to go to gunsight from gunner's position, to binocs from position 2 in the tank etc. The keypresses would only be recognised less than 50% of the time.

It's as though the game is only intermittently recognizing keypresses (perhaps similar to not being able to bring rifle up occasionally in 1.31.0.44)

Spawned another Sherman and this time was able to kill engine without a problem.
