using ATI 4870

Im seeing no trees, sometime, they pop up but usually none or what looks like playing cards standing on edge.

also, see through all exterior walls of buildings.

Update drivers. This screams outdated drivers.

yes - similar problems that have been reported by ATI users have all been fixed, AFAIK, by installing or reinstalling the latest drivers.
