Berm see-through in Dinant

Last night (0.46) I noticed that the east river-edge berm in Dinant was see-through when inf lying prone on the land side --- plop down on it and you suddenly see through to the river. Mostly tested it north of the bridge, but effect extended a long ways.

Someone else posted something similar but I wasn't able to reproduce that wither.
