Every 2nd death results in Mission results pending

This is getting real old, after I die the 2nd time i get mission results pending and then it takes me from 5 to 10 minutes to get back into the game because the server thinks that I am still logged into the game.

This has happened atleast 10 times

It has now been 30 minutes and I still can't get back into the game, gonna restart the computer see if that helps

It now appears that I have been locked out of the game on a permant basis, everytime I try to log in all sides are locked, server won't let me in, might try 1 more time but this needs to be looked at. Been over 30 minutes and there isn't anything that I can do

I got that aswell. Even tried with 2nd account which did not help. Have had a little break, rebooted and will try again now.

Its a server bug being worked on.
