CTD on Despawn from Plane

i seem to CTD everytime i despawn from a plane.

i can spawn in fine, fly to my target and such. but the last 2 times ive flown so far, ive died then depsawned and it boots me to desktop.

yup exactly same error i get. except i have a geforce 8800gt.
