Is it just me having huge isues with the biniculars using infantry?

When I use the binocs and move, they go down, but often the weapn does nog come up. I then cant do anything to get bonocs up again or the weapon up, and after some seconds, suddenly the binics pops up again, and I can move and they go down and weapon comes up.

Anyone else struggling with this?

There were a lot of changes for 1.31 with binos but they mainly fixed the issues you are reporting. Can you give me a step by step example?
