I get this problem with my trusty old Logitech MX 518 (1600dpi).

Often the slightest input results in rifle aim moving several pixels. Sometimes you can clearly see a ei but the aim moves in such large jumps that you can't place your aim on him. Using the buttons on the mouse to quickly change down to 400dpi does not help. The sight jump as much left/right as with 1600dpi. The only change is that I just have to physically move my mouse further when I'm on 400dpi.

I have a G500, I've tried different surfaces and everything, kinda maddening. I have it set to 1200, 600, 200... 200 is still jumpy. Don't experience it in any other games I have.

I have a twitchy mouse,a cheap one.Seems the laser is effecting the mose pad.If I leave the mouse in the center of the pad,it shakes around the pointer.

If I change surfaces, like a white cardboard, non glossy,it goes away.Someting to do with my mouse pad&crappy laser beam.Wierdest part is it keeps changing my weapons selection,

as if I toggled from rifle to satchel,to smoke grenade, every so often.

My logi15 worked very well, flawlessly, but it died on me,from shooting too many allied butt.

Try leaving the mouse centered on the pad,see if the arrow moves around by itself,if so,try a smooth(very)surface and try again to see if it disapears. My guess is the laser beam on the mice....microsoft cheapest one, works wonders.

TBH I use a cheap *** mouse. I just compared 1.30.3 and 1.31.1 offline with the sniper and they are all but identical for me in both holding a target and tracking across the screen.

You guys messed with mouse sensitivity in game?

What?

Oh, I loaded 1.30 on one rig and 1.31 on another so I could do a comparison test. There was a change in 1.31 to upgrade the Input to be compatible with the Win7 release.

Anyway, irrelevant. The problem appears to be with HDmice. Something isn't working right. We'll find it.

So far on the G500, I downloaded the latest drivers, set mouse sensitivity to all the way to 'less' and have my sensitivity settings to: 400, 1200, 2400 - so far this works the best.
