Loading screen locks the mouse

While in load screen the mouse is trapped to top left corner, and I can't use any other apps until the game is done loading.

Ive experienced this, usually an alt tab fixes it immediately.

Sometimes, but sometimes when I alt+tab the game doesn't let me get out: it just keeps returning to ww2ol (while in load screen)
