why'd they cut sapper numbers?

A small reduction in a lot of things was made because in the past 9 months data suggests that attrition is not playing a big enough role in battles. Numbers of things is not fixed at any point in time and is subject to change or adjustment wherever it is felt it will make the game play better towards the goals set in the core design.
