*Possible* Havok Bug

There may be a bug involving havoks and their top speed.

Yesterday I dove on a havok in a 109E from about 2.5k higher and I quickly started gaining on him in my dive. He was on a bombing run, dropped his ordy and then was trying to make a bee-line back to his AF. However, as soon as my dive advantage wore off I could never make any gains on him. I closed within "red" circle distance, just outside of a good firing solution, but after we were co-alt he just slowly pulled away from me and grayed out his circle. In fact, at one point the havok, after flying straight and level for nearly 2 min, appeared to have engaged his afterburners because he made gigantic gains at least 50kmh faster than I. Yes, I had WEP on and my engine was at max rpms.

So I am left a little puzzled. Perhaps there is a modeling issue? The wiki reports that the havok is a good 70kmh slower than the 109E. Something must be amiss.

Very Respectfully,

its called balance...

Please, this is a bug tracker forum, don't bother posting gibberish. The official wwiionline wiki states that the 109E is 70kmh faster. I don't care about your definition of balance, I care about pointing out potential problems in the new patch roll out.

109 E4 looks to be running 33mph faster level at max at 5k ft.

Speedos on both matching true.

I just did a mini-audit of ALL aircraft to make sure that the claim wasn't reporting a factual case. None of them have changed flight performance wise, not even a fraction of a tid-bit of an infinitely small amount of a tiny bit of anything.

Identical to previous version (v1.30). All of them.
