They look cool, I choose it in the settings area and I am still waiting after saving the decal 2 days ago.

Speaking of decals... I have the 7th anniversary patch chosen in my account settings.

I have noticed, however, that since 1.31 went live, I have the B1 patch that first year players get on my shoulder. I am not eligible for the B1 patch. I have seen the 7 year patch in game on another player since 1.31 went live so I know it works for some people.

I have also seen MANY B1 patches in game lately. I know some are old players who are eligible, but I wonder if several that I see are being displayed in error like mine. Now, don't get me wrong, I think the B1 patch is cool as hell and I imagine most players who notice they have it probably won't say anything to have it fixed. But I think it should mean something for those that supported the earliest years of this game and I know I do not deserve it since I found a home here in 2006.

Can a RAT please fix this for me so I can have my 7 year patch back? It is the best way I can show my pride on my uniform about being part of the game pre-1.31.

(P.S. I did go and reverify that I do have the 7th anniversary decal chosen in my account settings)

I put a ticket into the CRS tech support forum two days ago, cant even find the settings option in my account management, did it move?

Then login

Click on Subscription> then down under "What would you like to do?"

click on I would like to manage my Persona Decals.

Yesterday, it seemed that the problem was fixed. Today, I have the B1 patch again. I am just gonna go with it. If it gets fixed, great. If not, then no worries. I am sure there are more important things for CRS to worry about.
