Having issues with capping cps and rr. didnt allow us to cap straight away wanted to count down like ab. also in rr stn certain areas were uncappable in the building. also rr trucks on tracks need to be a little higher

there is no such thing as a "straight away" capture, they all have timers on them before they go "live" after an AO is placed and while you are capturing

every capture building has built in timers that govern the parameters of it being capturable, and how long it takes, none of them are instant or "straight away" as the OP states he expected, and they have always been like this we just changed the mechanism or criteria that govern those paramers with v1.31, compared to previous versions of the game

No and you probably wouldn't have unless you really did your homework. Before the timer was represented by the table being built. When the timer was up you would see the table.
