2nd spawn > crash > locked personas

Gday all,

I am getting some strange behaviour on the live game.

Typically, on my 2nd spawn, or later spawn (but not on my first spawn for a session) I get :

(0. Start game, spawn, play, die, then RESPAWN)

1. I crash to blank screen (audio still running)

2. I recover with a Ctrl-Alt-Del and Logoff

3. restart BgE

4. ALL personas locked with a red padlock (?)

5. Restart BgE

6. Personas OK, play OK

I use :

* Win 7

* 8GB

* AMD 3.2 GHz dual core x64

* SSD + HDD

* GTX 285

This is quite common in the new production game.

I would say it occurs almost every day.

It's USUALLY, but not always, my SECOND spawn of the day.

I know of 1 or 2 others who have mentioned something similar.

This is happening to me alot and is really brginning to pi** me off, to the point where i can't be bothered playing, this and mission results still pending

Both problems are addressed in the beta and are hopefully fixed.

the locked personas is still there... it seems that if you relog too quickly after CTD (or CTHL), the personas are all locked and you have to quit again and re-relog in order to get it to work. pretty frustrating.

The locked personas is annoying, to shorten the process of starting the game twice, you can press Alt F4 to close the game once the progress bar says connecting to chat or something along those lines, then when you restart the game again it won't be locked.
