[1.31.1.255] Grenadier gfx glitches #4359

I was using the grenadiers offline and discovered a few graphics issues:

• The muzzle flash for all 3 is located at the position of the original muzzle, it doesn't take into account the grenade launcher attachment. See screenshots below.
  
• In the FR grenadier reload anim, it looks as if the grenade is inserted through the bottom of the attachment. The animation needs to lift the grenade higher before dropping it into the launcher.
  
• The FR grenadier grenade is rendered sideways instead of aligned with the muzzle, see screenshot below.
  
• The DE grenadier grenade isn't quite aligned with the muzzle when it's launched, see below.

If you had your eyes tight shut, at the instant of firing, as all RL soldiers would, then you wouldn't see this bug, and therefore it wouldn't exist! The bug is that you can see there's a bug!
