I did a /report a bit ago and havent tried lately,but last I checked the OIC system is broken,is says we cant OIC them,no matter who we try.

Just an aside, will have to retest in the beta .3 but /oicvolunteer still doesn't seem to be working for non-hc in beta .2

when using the command, one gets an error message "Sorry, is not currently being offered to you (or offer has expired)"

I'll ticket this but it works for me. I just took control of 4zf.

Dumb question, but did you try it with a non-HC/non-CRS account?

EDIT: I guess I am a bit confused as to the purpose of /oicvolunteer. The command name seems to imply it is for non-hc to be able and take oic of a brigade, but the in-game help says that it is for HC to take oic (which we can do via the map). hrmmm...
