1.31 Vianden CANNOT make mission to AB, no icon (hot)

Vianden has 2 AB's, the MAIN AB (south side) icon is MISSING.

I think the AB icon is _under_ the City Flag icon, aligned so well one cannot see it, let alone pick it to make a mission.

Did not find any posting about it in Bugs forum.

(NAB is fine)

Tried to create a mission there for about 10 mins (b4 two days ago) and finally could post one - - just highlight the city and go with the mouse on left side, there is a very tiny small spot, where you can highlight Vianden AB - but real fuzzy to do.

Look at the fuel tank icon, there you will find the army base.

1.31.0.3 Beta, still an issue.
