Infantry can be run over again

Seems to work well, apart from screams not always being heard, seemed to be missing when in trucks more than AA/ATG.

Contact reports are now auto approved (need to check for spamming)

Works quite well I think, couldn't report more than about 9 over about 5 minutes, stopped me at 5 continual reports initially.

One thing me and pedrohsi did just notice, when the ML deletes all contacts, that can take a few seconds to update on other players map. It leaves a couple of contacts flashing for a few seconds after, then they disappear.

Also, when as ML I deleted all contact reports, and I had been the last one to report one, the last contact remained on players maps until I deleted all again.

Finally, did someone do some work on the terrain issues with vehicles? Took an M5 out for a spin on a laffly and whereas at the moment I can flip it on a daisy, I was berm jumping and it wouldn't flip. Which is good.

Dunno specifically about flipping the M5 (assume it is others as well). Would like some more feedback as this goes live. Could certainly be fixed by another change. Rabbit holes and all.
