Capture times are no where close to posted.

I personally have timed many of the cp capping times, and they are no where close to the posted times of

1 - 8 min

2 - 4 min

3 - 3 min

8 - 1 min

What is up with that? Are they purposely set to take so much longer? or is this a bug?

Note I don't have all the numbers of people and the times are approx.

From what I recall, it should take 500 seconds for 1 person, and 60 seconds for 13 people. So your numbers relatively mesh with that.
