Nasty Terrain Bug Outside Schleiden #4381

Spent the better part of an hour getting killed by the same ei lmg. Was approaching Schleiden from the NW and this guy seemed to be everywhere. No matter which approach I took or what I hid behind, this guy would snipe me in 1 or 2 shots from his lmg.

Eventually, I found a huge problem in the terrain when I came to a 50ft cliff between me and the town. After dying a few more times to the same guy, I took a beddy and drove around the cliff and found the ei that had been killing me all night.

I reported him. Then, went back on foot to document the problem.

As you can see from the screen shots below, if you are defending from the east, you can see through the bottom of the terrain without all that pesky terrain blocking your view. Even better, you can shoot through it.

Note: after taking these screenshots, I took one shot with my rifle at an ei to verify that I could actually do it. I was, of course, immediately flagged by a GM. I can't blame him. Oh well...

(Sorry for the full-size screenshots. Imageshack is not cooperating.)

The readme for 1.31.2.2 says a bunch of terrain problems are supposed to be fixed on the beta server. Is this from beta or live?
