why when I use my

Why when I use my in game map the game sounds goes mute. This is driveing me crazy

Do this:

• launch offline
  
• spawn bofors
  
• hold fire button
  
• do you hear sound?
  
• open map
  
• do you hear sound?
  
• release fire button
  
• did sound stop?
  
• hold fire button
  
• press space bar to create a clone
  
• release fire button
  
• do you hear the clone firing?
  
• open your map
  
• do you hear the clone firing?
  
• despawn
  
• spawn a trooper
  
• auto run to garage
  
• do you hear your footsteps
  
• open map
  
• do you hear footsteps?
  
• get close to bofors
  
• do you hear it firing?
  
• open map
  
• do you hear it firing?

yup i did all that and same. So I tried switching to use hardware and presto fixed. Thanks buddy for the help

Got a followup then. What's your sound setup? Card? Speakers/ Win settings?
