Minimum distance for defensive MSPs from enemy CP?

This seems to have changed with the last patch but I didn't see anything in the readme about it.

Used to be able to place defensive MSPs in closer proximity to enemy depots than you could place attack MSPs. Was that a bug that has been fixed now?

There is no such thing as attack or defense MSP that I am aware of.

Previously an MSP which was setup on a mission with a friendly target (MSP on a defensive mission) could be setup significantly closer to an enemy facility than it is able to currently. It seemed you could still deploy the MSP while as close as 300m, maybe 200m, from an enemy held facility. That definately is no longer the case in my experience.

I frequently setup mortarlines with a UMS inside the garage of a friendly depot (both on town attack and in defense) and prior to 1.31.2 (I think it was the latest patch) I rarely had issue with being too close to an enemy facility to deploy. Now it happens almost all the time. Not a huge deal as I can figure the range before I set off, it was just handier being able to park inside a garage for a little more protection.

I noticed there was a thread started about UMS not automatically disappearing after a depot is capture by enemy and within 400m. Could this be related?
