EMS's Still Working When Within Range of Recaptured Facilities

Yesterday, I noticed that EMS's, when well within range of recaptured facilities, continue to function as MS's instead of going down as being "too close to an enemy facility."

It happened yesterday in Breda with an Axis MS. I had captured the Etten Leur CP. A fellow Axis soldier had brought an MS to within 400m of the CP and set up an MS. The CP was recaptured, but the MS kept functioning.

It happened again in Julich when I was on defense. I had recaptured the Erkelenz CP. We came under immediate attack by British soldiers from an EMS less than 200m away. We eventually took the EMS under fire and destroyed it, but not before several British soldiers had spawned and recaptured the Erkelenz CP.

Is this something new and intended? Or a bug?

No. If they are "too close to an enemy facility" when it is recapped, MS's go down.

UMS stays up but MS goes down, atleast it was before 1.31, nowadays I don't get MS's so close :)

That is strange. Why would UMS' stay up, but MS's go down. By rights both should go down.
