Not sure about reproducing this one...looking to see if anyone else has seen it yet

I was in a Sherman earlier today and there was an another allied in a sherman up in front of me. He gets blown up by something and then turns into a regular sherman hulk then while I'm sitting there looking at his hulk it turns into the hulk for the Char B1.

Anyone seen anything like this?
