Infantry falling through stairs

Just an FYI.

I fell through the stairs in the house on the south side of town with blue and white striped wallpaper in Gedinne. In the short time I was there trying to move to get unstuck several ei ran right by me so I assume I went unseen.

Before I rtbd, shot through the wall and killed a guy (sorry fella). No walls were visible to me (like when you fall through the map).

This on 1.31.4.

It was hectic when this happened so, sorry for not providing more information.

I found it offline at 49.58.43N 4.56.40E

It seemed like the south side of town at the time, but I'm certain that's the house I was in.

I should mention I fell through while sprinting. I was running south perp to the bldg on the west side and quickly ducked in the door and up the stairs. I got about halfway up the stairs when I couldn't move anymore and saw that I was half submerged into the stairs.

I frantically tried moving to get unstuck (I knew there were several ei in and around there and it was just a matter of time). As I pressed buttons, I slowly sank into and under the stairs like quicksand until I plopped down underneath them.

From there it was like being in an invisible box. I could turn and see in all directions but I couldn't move.

Maybe you could consider adding an in-game reporting mechanism specifically for terrain issues which logs the player's exact location along with a descriptive message for your records. I can't help thinking it would get these things reported more often and reproduced easier.
