Gunsight stutters

I haven't since the 1.31 patch been able to tank at all because of gunsight stutters. Whenever I have some of the new trees or grass in my view and I try to move the gun the game stutters. This makes it very hard for me and I miss shots all the time. Anyways I cant figure out what it is so help would be appreciated.

that would be your FPS dropping when zoomed in using binocs or scopes...like a turret scope and looking at trees.

seems like just about everyone gets it since 1.31

they tried fixing it in beta but i still only get about 5 to 10 fps when looking at trees. I can't fight anywhere near a forest or even too many bushes.
